When i neg girls some of them take them as insults, wihle others take them as jokes and understand that im simply teasing them.
For example this weekend i went to a dance and while i was dancing with a HB i was talking to her as well. Eventually after some introductions i started asking her:
Me: So are you a senior?
her: NO im a sophomore
Me: That explains your dancing 
I dont really remember what happened after that but we kept dancing for another 3 songs to the point my quads were dying out. Then her friend cockblocked me and took the HB "to rest" adn get a drink. When my friends and i went to get a drink as well, we ran into them. One of my friends Lloyd was dancing with one of the HB's friends, so he asked her number there. While he was talking to the HB's friend i asked her
"Whose the hot friend that danced with me?"
She gives me a random name that i can't remember. But then, after that she immediately says "She thinks your an Asshole"
I have no clue what i said or did i thought i was simply joking and teasing her but i guess not. It mite have been because i also told her to
"back that ass up" and "Get low"
I see no harm in saying this phrases but then again it ended up screwing my makeout sesh with a girl... I personally think i should add a compliment first before i start negging girls. To be honest, though, there are only soo many compliments i can give her than aren't related to her looks or the fact that she's beautiful cause thats all i think about when im around her.
Any advice gentlemen? |

Looks like you got yourself into a little situation there my friend but anyways always learn from mistakes there is a few possibilities that could of happened
The HB really didn't think you were an asshole the girl just cock blocked you again
She really thought you were an Asshole....haha
I don't really neg that much I just bust a girls balls, and its not really what you say as oppose to how you say with a playful tone. I havent had to much bad response but I get the occasional girl who is having a bad day and doesnt want to be talked to other than that just keep it light and playful and crack a smile and girls should be playfully hitting you in no time |

If you know what your doing, negs dont come off as insults. If they do, then it is a shit test, which again, if you know what your doing, you will pass. |

| What you said wasn't too harsh. Just because her FRIEND says that she thinks you're an asshole, doesn't mean anything. If the girl thought you were an asshole, you would have been able to tell after what you said. And if shes too sensitive to not be able to take a joke, than shes not worth it anyway. However, if she does react strongly, shes probably not legitimately mad, it's probably just a shit test. And in that case you must pass the shit test. |

It seems her friend cock blocked you real bad
next time you should just ignore her friend's....I don't have much experience but my opinion would be too try contacting her because her friend's might have said something that might have made you look like a total ass to her. Or it might be a shit test..and I don't have much experience with that so i shall let the pros handle this  |
